Multiplying Your Impact – TMG deposits 50% of your Partnership Funding into our Leveraging Experts’ account. Their network enables us to secure a Low-Interest Leveraged Loan (LILL) of up to 5 times the deposited amount. This significantly amplifies our real estate purchasing power.
Example – If your Partnership Funding is $200k, we can leverage up to $1M. After our Leveraging Experts retain their portion, the remaining $500k fuels TMG’s Business Ventures.
Strategic Investment – These leveraged funds (LILL) are pooled and strategically invested in TMG Ventures, generating the profits that drive your high-yield returns as a Credit Partner.
Important Note – The leveraged loan is secured by TMG, not the Credit Partner, minimizing your individual risk.
