What Is A Credit Partner (CP)?
A Credit Partner (CP) is anyone with a good credit history that contracts with TMG to leverage said credit to obtain Credit Partnership Funding. It should be noted that Credit Partners are not Investors in the traditional sense. Instead, Credit Partners are structured as Private Lending Partners, who lends 100% of the Credit Partnership Funding to TMG in exchange for 200% of the structured loan. These are High Yield Returns that are paid out Quarterly to our Credit Partners during our 12-month contract.

- Min Credit Score - 720 (FICO) - (The higher the better) - We can add tradelines to help qualify you
- Credit Utilization below 30% (under 10% ideal) - We can adjust to help qualify you
- 3+ credit cards with $5k+ limits, seasoned for at least 2 years - the more - the higher - the better
- No more than 3 inquiries in last 90 days (our Credit Experts can remove quickly)
- Our Full Doc funding requires Paystubs/W2’s/Tax Returns (The higher the income the larger the funding)
- Our No Doc funding, regarded as “Stated Income” doesn’t require any income verification (less funding)
How To Become A Credit Partner with The Mitus Group (TMG)
The path to partnership with TMG involves becoming a part of the Credit Alliance Network (CAN), a select network that empowers credit partners to leverage their credit for high-yield returns with minimal risk. A CAN Membership comes with a substantial entry and annual fee, ranging from 6-7 figures, which is absorbed by TMG on behalf of each credit partner.
TMG’s Initial Steps to Becoming A CAN Member
The journey begins with an exclusive invitation to TMG’s managing director from CAN’s board, initiating a rigorous compliance process. This process, lasting between 18 to 24 months, meticulously evaluates the business, its leaders, the business strategy, and all previous and subsequent businesses, alliances, and partnerships. Both a for-profit initiative and a humanitarian project must adhere to CAN’s compliance standards throughout this two-year vetting period, ensuring that potential members align with CAN’s values and operational standards.
Provisional Period Benefits
Upon acceptance, TMG enters a 12-month provisional period with full access to CAN's resources, including experts in Innovative Leveraging Strategies (ILS). This access enables TMG to promise an extraordinary 200% return on total funding amounts, disbursed quarterly over a 1-year period.
TMG's Ambition for Credit Partners
With the goal of raising $25 million for real estate investments, TMG is set to leverage the credit of our inaugural 100 Credit Partners. The journey for Credit Partners begins with a straightforward, soft-pull pre-qualification form. This step is critical for assessing eligibility and providing prospective partners with a funding estimate within 48 hours, assuming minimum requirements are met. Remarkably, funding can be obtained in as little as 48 hours or up to 14 days for larger amounts, showcasing TMG’s commitment to prompt and effective funding solutions.
Steps to Funding and Compensation
A Detailed Guide for Credit Partners
Upon accepting the funding estimate, the CP will sign The Mitus Group’s CLP agreement, the funding expert’s service agreement, and submit all necessary documentation. The CP is then submitted for up to $500k+ in Credit Partnership Funding.
- $200k (example) in funding will be disbursed into the business account via liquidated Credit Cards, Loans and/or Lines of Credit (LOC) within 2-14 days
- 15% | Will be disbursed to our Funding Experts as a success fee directly from the funding
- 10% | Will be disbursed to our Credit Partner as a Bonus (see compensation chart for full breakdown)
- 5% | Will be disbursed to our Funding Affiliates & Associates if applicable
- 20%-25% | Will be disbursed to our Debt-Servicing-Vehicle to begin automatically servicing the monthly debt
- 50% | Is disbursed to our Leveraging Experts to begin our 2024 TMG Real Estate Ventures
- The CP receives 50% of the funding amount paid out quarterly totaling $400k in 12 months
- The Partnership pays off the $200k CP Funding in full within 12 months, closing out the contract
